# Intermittent Fasting Kit vs Fastee

The clearest difference is update cadence: Intermittent Fasting Kit at every 6 weeks against Fastee's every 3 months. Fastee's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intermittent Fasting Kit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Fastee sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intermittent Fasting Kit ships an update every 6 weeks, Fastee every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
