# PawSteps vs やせもん

The clearest difference is update cadence: やせもん at every 2 days against PawSteps's every 9 days. やせもん also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PawSteps sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and やせもん sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PawSteps ships an update every 9 days, やせもん every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
