# AiroStep vs Walkfare

The clearest difference is ads: AiroStep at none against Walkfare's shown. AiroStep also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). Walkfare's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 8 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AiroStep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Walkfare sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
