# Performative vs Reset

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Performative at 100% against Reset's 50%. Performative also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and in-app purchases (none vs 6). Reset's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reset sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Performative asks for nothing beyond the download.

Performative holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reset has 31 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Performative's written reviews are positive against 50% of Reset's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
