# CELPIP Prep vs Unify

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Unify at none against CELPIP Prep's 3. Unify also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). CELPIP Prep's advantage is ratings volume (29 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CELPIP Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Unify asks for nothing beyond the download.

Unify holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CELPIP Prep has 29 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CELPIP Prep ships an update weekly, Unify fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
