# Rush Attack vs Astra Squad

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Rush Attack at 60% against Astra Squad's 17%. Rush Attack also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Astra Squad's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 10) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rush Attack sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Astra Squad sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Astra Squad holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astra Squad has 1K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Rush Attack's written reviews are positive against 17% of Astra Squad's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rush Attack ships an update monthly, Astra Squad every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
