# Inklingo vs Hola

The clearest difference is rating: Inklingo at 5.0 against Hola's 4.0. Inklingo also leads on ratings volume (26 vs 1). Hola's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inklingo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Hola sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Inklingo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inklingo has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Inklingo ships an update fortnightly, Hola every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
