# Meetly vs Private AI Note Taker

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Private AI Note Taker at 38 against Meetly's 5. Meetly's advantage is iOS requirement (17 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Meetly sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Private AI Note Taker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Private AI Note Taker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Private AI Note Taker has 38 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Meetly's written reviews are positive against 94% of Private AI Note Taker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Meetly ships an update every 3 days, Private AI Note Taker every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
