# CivicPoints vs App MCS Rewards

The clearest difference is update cadence: App MCS Rewards at every 3 days against CivicPoints's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

CivicPoints ships an update fortnightly, App MCS Rewards every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
