# VLive vs FOMU

The clearest difference is update cadence: VLive at every 2 weeks against FOMU's monthly. VLive also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VLive sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and FOMU sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VLive ships an update every 2 weeks, FOMU monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
