# LockedIn vs Blockd

The clearest difference is ads: LockedIn at none against Blockd's shown. Blockd's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LockedIn sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Blockd sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LockedIn ships an update monthly, Blockd weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
