# FocusHero vs Screen Time Control

The clearest difference is update cadence: Screen Time Control at every 2 days against FocusHero's weekly. FocusHero's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusHero sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Screen Time Control sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusHero ships an update weekly, Screen Time Control every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
