# Wisent vs Plotty AI

The clearest difference is ads: Plotty AI at none against Wisent's shown. Wisent's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wisent sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Plotty AI sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Wisent against 5.0 for Plotty AI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wisent has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Wisent ships an update fortnightly, Plotty AI every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
