# Preach vs GetPrincipia

The clearest difference is update cadence: Preach at every 10 days against GetPrincipia's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Preach sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and GetPrincipia sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Preach ships an update every 10 days, GetPrincipia every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
