# BiteShorts vs SnapScene Dramas

The clearest difference is ads: SnapScene Dramas at none against BiteShorts's shown. BiteShorts's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BiteShorts sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 3 months and SnapScene Dramas sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BiteShorts ships an update fortnightly, SnapScene Dramas every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
