# Franc vs World Window

The clearest difference is update cadence: World Window at every 3 weeks against Franc's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Franc sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and World Window sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Franc ships an update every 6 weeks, World Window every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
