# Otis Presentation Maker vs AI Slides

The clearest difference is monetization model: Otis Presentation Maker at freemium against AI Slides's subscription. AI Slides's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 10 days). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Otis Presentation Maker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and AI Slides sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Otis Presentation Maker against 5.0 for AI Slides. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively.

Otis Presentation Maker ships an update every 10 days, AI Slides every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
