# BodyLapse vs FormLapse

The clearest difference is update cadence: FormLapse at every 3 days against BodyLapse's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BodyLapse sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and FormLapse sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BodyLapse ships an update fortnightly, FormLapse every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
