# VocoAssistant vs Nota

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nota at weekly against VocoAssistant's monthly. Nota also leads on device support (3 vs 1). VocoAssistant's advantage is iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VocoAssistant sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Nota sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VocoAssistant ships an update monthly, Nota weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
