About

Quit It

Features

Every second counts. So count them. Quit It counts how long you have been alcohol free, down to the second. It holds the reason you gave on day one, and it gives you something to do the moment a craving lands. THE COUNTER Days, hours, minutes and seconds since your last drink. On day zero it counts hours, because "0 days" is the last thing anyone needs to read on the hardest day. SOS, ON EVERY SCREEN One button, always reachable. Ride out the urge with a timer, slow your breathing, play the night forward past the first drink, read your own reason back, or log what set it off. THE DAILY PLEDGE A promise in the morning, before the day can argue with you. An honest look back at night. Two minutes, twice a day. That is the whole habit. A COACH THAT KNOWS YOU An AI coach that has read your reasons, your triggers and your streak, so you never have to explain yourself. It is not a therapist and it never pretends to be. WHAT YOU ARE SAVING Money not spent and drinks not had, worked out from what you told the app you used to spend. Not an invented average. YOUR TRIGGERS, NAMED Log an urge when it hits. After a couple of weeks the app can show you which days, which feelings and which situations keep turning up. IF YOU SLIP Nothing is counted against you. Tell the app you drank and it does not wipe anything on its own. It offers to reset the counter and keeps your longest run either way. Nowhere in Quit It is there a number for how many times you have started over. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. Your reason, your journal, your check-ins and your streak live in one file on your phone. The only thing that ever leaves the device is a message you choose to send the coach. SUBSCRIPTION Quit It requires a subscription to use. Two plans are offered: - Quit It Yearly: 45,99 EUR per year, including a 3 day free trial for new subscribers - Quit It Weekly: 9,99 EUR per week, with no trial Prices are shown in your local currency and may differ by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.
