# Quit Addiction vs ScrollKeep

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScrollKeep at every 2 days against Quit Addiction's every 7 months. ScrollKeep also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Quit Addiction's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (576 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quit Addiction sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and ScrollKeep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScrollKeep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quit Addiction has 576 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Quit Addiction ships an update every 7 months, ScrollKeep every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
