# CSET Exam & Test Prep vs SpecimenPro

The clearest difference is update cadence: SpecimenPro at every 3 days against CSET Exam & Test Prep's every 2 months. CSET Exam & Test Prep's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CSET Exam & Test Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SpecimenPro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CSET Exam & Test Prep ships an update every 2 months, SpecimenPro every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
