# CFP Practice Test Pro vs CFP Practice Test

The clearest difference is update cadence: CFP Practice Test Pro at every 2 months against CFP Practice Test's every 4 months. CFP Practice Test Pro also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CFP Practice Test Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CFP Practice Test sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CFP Practice Test Pro ships an update every 2 months, CFP Practice Test every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
