# MultiLab vs Crux Terminal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Crux Terminal at every 3 days against MultiLab's every 8 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MultiLab sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days and Crux Terminal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
