# Diversio vs Selam

The clearest difference is rating: Selam at 4.8 against Diversio's 3.5. Selam also leads on ratings volume (127 vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). Diversio's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Diversio sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Selam sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Selam holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Selam has 127 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Diversio's written reviews are positive against 76% of Selam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Diversio ships an update monthly, Selam every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
