# Van Heda vs Post Instead

The clearest difference is rating: Post Instead at 4.9 against Van Heda's 2.0. Post Instead also leads on ratings volume (42 vs 1). Van Heda's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Van Heda sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Post Instead sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Post Instead holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Post Instead has 42 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
