# Orbit vs WhisperToMe

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WhisperToMe at none against Orbit's 1. Orbit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Orbit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. WhisperToMe asks for nothing beyond the download.

Orbit ships an update every 3 days, WhisperToMe every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 8, 2026.
