# DrawAlive vs Colorify

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DrawAlive at 100% against Colorify's 28%. DrawAlive also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Colorify's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (9.1K vs 4). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DrawAlive sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Colorify sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DrawAlive holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Colorify has 9.1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of DrawAlive's written reviews are positive against 28% of Colorify's.

DrawAlive ships an update every 6 weeks, Colorify every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
