# Dolphin vs Aceit

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Dolphin at none against Aceit's 8. Dolphin also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 197). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aceit sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Dolphin asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Dolphin against 4.8 for Aceit. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dolphin has 1.3K ratings behind it against 197, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 84% of Dolphin's written reviews are positive against 91% of Aceit's.

Dolphin ships an update every 2 weeks, Aceit every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
