# MemoLeaf vs Fields

The clearest difference is ads: Fields at none against MemoLeaf's shown. MemoLeaf's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MemoLeaf sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Fields sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MemoLeaf ships an update every 2 days, Fields every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
