# Oki vs Loften

The clearest difference is rating: Loften at 5.0 against Oki's 4.4. Oki's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (390 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Oki sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.00 per month and Loften sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loften holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oki has 390 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Oki ships an update every 4 days, Loften every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
