# FitGrid vs Breathest

The clearest difference is update cadence: Breathest at every 3 days against FitGrid's every 2 weeks. Breathest also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FitGrid sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Breathest sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FitGrid ships an update every 2 weeks, Breathest every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
