# Rapture AI vs Hazy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Rapture AI at 100% against Hazy's 0%. Rapture AI also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Hazy's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rapture AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Hazy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hazy holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 32 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Rapture AI's written reviews are positive against 0% of Hazy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rapture AI ships an update every 2 months, Hazy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
