# Tangle vs UNET

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Tangle at 19 against UNET's 3. UNET's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.2). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Tangle against 5.0 for UNET. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tangle has 19 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Tangle ships an update every 4 days, UNET weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
