# Fitxlink vs The Base Gym

The clearest difference is update cadence: The Base Gym at every 5 days against Fitxlink's every 5 weeks. The Base Gym also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fitxlink ships an update every 5 weeks, The Base Gym every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
