# S&CEducation vs Aviate

The clearest difference is update cadence: Aviate at every 2 weeks against S&CEducation's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. S&CEducation sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Aviate sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

S&CEducation ships an update every 2 months, Aviate every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
