# Tango vs Modex

Both are free to download. Modex sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Tango asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tango ships an update every 2 months, Modex weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
