# TimeGrow vs MyNAS Sync

The clearest difference is ads: TimeGrow at none against MyNAS Sync's shown. MyNAS Sync's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 8 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeGrow sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and MyNAS Sync sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TimeGrow ships an update every 8 days, MyNAS Sync every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
