# STRYXX vs Intermittent

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: STRYXX at none against Intermittent's 4. Intermittent's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intermittent sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. STRYXX asks for nothing beyond the download.

STRYXX ships an update every 3 weeks, Intermittent every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
