# MedPrep vs MedMMI

The clearest difference is update cadence: MedMMI at weekly against MedPrep's monthly. MedMMI also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MedPrep sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month and MedMMI sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MedPrep ships an update monthly, MedMMI weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 9, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
