# Sagaland vs Lore Machine

The clearest difference is ads: Sagaland at none against Lore Machine's shown. Sagaland also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 14) and rating (4.6 vs 4.4). Lore Machine's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 61%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sagaland sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Lore Machine sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sagaland holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sagaland has 1.1K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Sagaland's written reviews are positive against 73% of Lore Machine's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sagaland ships an update monthly, Lore Machine fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
