# CaseXcel vs Carry the One

The clearest difference is update cadence: CaseXcel at every 11 days against Carry the One's every 6 weeks. CaseXcel also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CaseXcel sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Carry the One sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
