# FitFlow vs Phase

The clearest difference is rating: Phase at 5.0 against FitFlow's 1.0. Phase also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FitFlow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Phase sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Phase holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively.

FitFlow ships an update every 3 months, Phase every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
