# SmartReps vs Thew

The clearest difference is update cadence: Thew at every 4 days against SmartReps's every 3 weeks. Thew also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SmartReps sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Thew sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.79 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SmartReps ships an update every 3 weeks, Thew every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
