# Athon vs Decrease

The clearest difference is update cadence: Athon at every 6 days against Decrease's every 2 months. Decrease's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Athon sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Decrease sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Athon ships an update every 6 days, Decrease every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
