# The Mindset vs Echo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Echo at every 3 days against The Mindset's every 9 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Mindset sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Echo sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Mindset ships an update every 9 days, Echo every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
