# The Mindset vs VitaSum

The clearest difference is update cadence: VitaSum at every 2 days against The Mindset's every 9 days. The Mindset's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Mindset sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and VitaSum sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Mindset ships an update every 9 days, VitaSum every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
