# Fable's Adventures vs TexTune

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TexTune at 100% against Fable's Adventures's 43%. TexTune also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.2). Fable's Adventures's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fable's Adventures sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and TexTune sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TexTune holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fable's Adventures has 27 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 43% of Fable's Adventures's written reviews are positive against 100% of TexTune's.

Fable's Adventures ships an update every 4 days, TexTune every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
