# DayTrace vs Billy Up

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Billy Up at none against DayTrace's 5. Billy Up also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.5). DayTrace's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DayTrace sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Billy Up asks for nothing beyond the download.

Billy Up holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DayTrace has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
