# eval vs Bidon

The clearest difference is monetization model: Bidon at free against eval's free with in-app purchases. Bidon also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). eval's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. eval sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Bidon sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

eval ships an update every 3 weeks, Bidon every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
